Abstract:
A valve unit according to an embodiment is provided with: a first supply-side solenoid switching valve for performing switching between a flow and a shutoff of a first fluid in a first supply flow channel; a first branch flow channel for branching from a part on an upstream side relative to the first supply-side solenoid switching valve of the first supply flow channel; a first branch-side solenoid switching valve for performing switching between a flow and a shutoff of the first fluid in the first branch flow channel; a second supply-side solenoid switching valve for performing switching between a flow and a shutoff of a second fluid in a second supply flow channel; a second branch-side flow channel for branching from a part on an upstream side relative to the second supply-side solenoid switching valve of the second supply flow channel; a solenoid switching valve for performing switching between a flow and a shutoff of the second fluid in the second branch flow channel; a reception flow channel for receiving a fluid which flows out of a first outflow port or a second outflow port and returns via a predetermined area; a first circulation flow channel and a second circulation flow channel which are bifurcated from the reception flow channel; a first circulation-side solenoid switching valve for performing switching between opening and closing of the first circulation flow channel; and a second circulation-side solenoid switching valve for performing switching between opening and closing of the second circulation flow channel.
