Abstract:
Provided is a valve with an antistatic function, with which static electricity can be removed from the valve body and the stem, thereby reliably preventing the buildup of a charge, and with which a component used for conducting electricity can easily be attached from the outside due to a simple construction, and the presence of this component can be confirmed from the outside both before and after the valve is assembled. In addition, this component can be manufactured in a highly versatile manner while reducing the contact resistance and maintaining operability. Also provided is a tool for mounting this valve. A valve element (3) is provided in a body (2) so as to be capable of rotating via a stem (5) axially mounted on an axial mounting part (6). A conductive thin wavy plate member (20) of a prescribed length is mounted in an annular mounting groove (10) provided in the axial mounting part (6) and/or the stem (5), and this thin wavy plate member (20) makes contact with the outer circumferential surface (22) of the stem (5) and the inner circumferential surface (23) of the axial mounting part (6).
