Abstract:
A valve with at least two functional positions produces a connection to a first passage (13, 14) at a first position, and a connection to a second passage (13, 15) at a second position, in which the valve forms part of a construction with a compressor in a tyre repair kit (1). The tyre repair kit (1) additionally includes at least a magazine (2) with a seal. The valve is a rotary valve. At the first position the valve forms a passage (13, 14) for compressed air to an outlet (5), and at the second position the valve forms a passage (13, 15) for compressed air to the magazine (2) with the seal. Two shell passages (19) are provided at the bottom of the inner wall of the shell of the valve, and any of the shell passages communicates with a passage (11) in the valve body. The valve can make the compressor of the tyre repair kit used for other purpose, not just as the connection with the tyre to be repaired.
