Abstract:
A valve (10) with a built-in orifice and equipped with: a base section (2) having a housing recess (2A), a first gas flow passage (21), and a second gas flow passage (22); a valve seat body (12) having an annular valve seat (12b) and a through-hole (12a); an inner disc (13) holding the valve seat body; a valve body (11a) capable of contacting the valve seat; and an orifice body (14) that includes an orifice (18). The housing recess is a stepped recess having a wide-diameter section (2W) and a narrow-diameter section (2N). The valve seat body (12) is pressed by the inner disk (13) and thereby held and secured on top of the orifice body. The first gas flow passage (21) runs between a side surface of the narrow-diameter section and the orifice body and communicates with a valve chamber (10a), and the second gas flow passage (22) communicates with the valve chamber (10a) through through-holes in the orifice body and the through-hole in the valve seat body.
