A valve (1) is provided with: a housing (2) in which a flow path is formed; a valve seat (4) provided in the inner surface of the housing in the middle position of the flow path; a valve body member (3) seated on/unseated from the valve seat (4) to open/close the flow path; and a stem (5) rotated about a first axis (O1) parallel to the opening surface of the valve seat (4) at a position separated from the valve seat (4), wherein a regulation hole (32C) and a regulation projection (71) which are slidably engaged with each other to constitute a cam mechanism are provided in the valve body member (3) and the stem (5), and the rotational range of the stem (5) includes a first rotational range of 0-30° in which the valve body member (3) moves in a direction substantially orthogonal to the opening surface of the valve seat (4) while the valve body member (3) is oriented to face the valve seat (4) by the cam mechanism, and a second rotation range of 30-120° in which the valve body member (3) rotates by 90° about the first axis (O1) of the stem (5) with the regulation hole (32C) and the regulation projection (71) integrated with each other.
