Abstract:
Provided is a valve having a body capable of achieving a large flow rate. A valve (1) comprises: a body (11) in which a valve chamber (11e), a first inflow path (11f), a second inflow path (11g), an outflow path (11h), and an annular groove (11i) are formed and which is provided with a seat (12); and a diaphragm (14) that communicates and separates the second inflow path (11 g) and the outflow path (11h) by contacting the seat (12) and separating from the seat (12). The end of the second inflow path (11g) is open to the valve chamber (11e). The seat (12) is provided on the peripheral edge of a portion where the valve chamber (11e) and the second inflow path (11g) communicate with each other. The annular groove (11i) opens into the valve chamber (11e) and is formed around the second inflow path (11g). The end of the outflow path (11h) is open to the annular groove (11i). The first inflow passage (11f) has a plurality of flow paths including one inlet (11j) and a plurality of outlets (11k), and each outlet (11k) opens to the annular groove (11i).
