Abstract:
Valveless injection open nozzle in a molten resin injection cylinder used for a synthetic resin injection molding apparatus in which a valveless element is secured in a suitable position in the nozzle, a plurality of holes are formed at positions which are not adjacent to the gate hole of the element, thereby using a simple structure to prevent the leakage of molten resin from the nozzle gate, and eliminate molecular orientation caused by changes in the direction of flow of the molten resin during injection molding.
