Abstract:

Provided is a vane-type compressor which suppresses wear of vane tips, decreases bearer sliding loss by being able to support a rotation shaft unit by a small diameter, and improves accuracy of the rotation center and the outer diameter of the rotor unit. By setting the distance rv between the vane tip (5b) and the outer peripheral side of the vane aligner units (5c, 5d) of a first vane (5) as in expression (1), the vane tip (5b) of the first vane (5) rotates without contacting the cylinder inner peripheral surface (1b). Here, expression (1) is rv = rc-ra-δ, wherein δ is the gap between the vane tip (5b) and the cylinder inner peripheral surface (1b), ra is the radius of vane aligner bearing units (2b, 3b), and rc is the radius of the cylinder inner peripheral surface (1b).
