Abstract:
A vapor chamber (100), an electronic device and a chip packaging structure. The vapor chamber (100) comprises a housing (1), wherein a cavity (11) is formed in the housing (1); a cooling liquid is accommodated in the cavity (11); the housing (1) has a first surface (11a) and a second surface (11b), which enclose the cavity (11); the first surface (11a) and the second surface (11b) are each provided with a first capillary structure (2); the cooling liquid can flow back to a first portion (1b2) of the first surface (11a) from the second surface (11b) by means of the first capillary structures (2); a second portion (1b3) of the first surface (11a) is provided with a second capillary structure (3); the cooling liquid flowing back to the first portion (1b2) flows back to the second portion (1b3) by means of the second capillary structure (3); and a capillary force of the first capillary structures (2) is less than that of the second capillary structure (3), so that the liquid return resistance of the cooling liquid flowing back to the second capillary structure (3) by means of the first capillary structures (2) is relatively low, the difference between evaporation temperatures of the first portion (1b2) and the second portion (1b3) is reduced, and a heat exchange amount, which can be supported by the vapor chamber (100), is large.
