Abstract:
The present invention discloses a vapor chamber having two-phase flow circulation of different working fluids, comprising a first groove and a second groove which are staggeredly arranged in parallel, the first groove and the second groove accommodating a first two-phase flow circulation cavity and a second two-phase flow circulation cavity, respectively. A first capillary structure and a first working fluid are provided in the first two-phase flow circulation cavity, and a second capillary structure and a second working fluid are provided in the second two-phase flow circulation cavity. The two-phase flow circulation working temperature range of the first working fluid is greater than zero degrees Celsius, and the two-phase flow circulation working temperature range of the second working fluid may cover the temperature zone below zero degrees Celsius. In the present invention, the vapor chamber has therein two-phase flow circulation of two different working fluids cooperatively operating at different temperatures, such that the vapor chamber may be suitable for both a high-temperature zone above zero degrees Celsius and low-temperature work below zero degrees Celsius, solving the problem of uneven temperature distribution caused by the arrangement and combination of a plurality of heated electronic products, and reducing the temperature difference among the electronic products.
