Abstract:

This vapor chamber is equipped with: an upper plate; a lower plate; a plurality of side walls which are arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate; a wick body which is disposed within a space enclosed with the upper plate, the lower plate, and the plurality of side walls, and makes contact with the upper plate and the lower plate; and pillars which are arranged within the space, and make contact with the upper plate and the lower plate. The wick body has: a plurality of first wick portions which extend toward the side walls from their respective first ends located in an evaporation portion and have straight portions; and a second wick portion which connects the second ends of the plurality of first wick portions. The pillars are arranged in spaced relation between the straight portions of two adjacent first wick portions among the plurality of first wick portions.
