Abstract:
Provided is a vapor chamber (1) comprising: a housing (4) configured from a first sheet (2) and a second sheet (3) that face each other and that are joined to each other at the outer edges thereof; pillars (5) provided between the first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) so as to support the sheets from the inside; a wick (8) arranged within the housing (4); and a hydraulic liquid sealed within the housing (4). The first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) bend and approach each other between the joined sections thereof and positions at which the sheets begin to deform. The distance between the first sheet (2) and the wick (8) is larger than the distance between the second sheet (3) and the wick (8) at the positions at which the sheets being to deform.
