Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an external shape-specifying mask (55) in which external shape openings (53) that have a shape corresponding to the irregularly shaped portion of a display region are formed; and a mask sheet (15) in which a pattern of vapor deposition holes (H) for differential coating is formed. First vapor deposition holes (H1) of the vapor deposition holes (H) correspond to pixels (pix) and second vapor deposition holes (H2) of the vapor deposition holes (H) overlap the external shape-specifying mask (55). As a result, it is possible to form a patterned vapor deposition layer with good precision using a mask sheet that is not irregularly shaped even when the external shape of the display region is irregularly shaped.
