Abstract:
A vapor producing device (20) having a vaporizing container (1), a heater (2) for heating the vaporizing container (1), a water supply pump (5) for supplying water in a water supply tank (7) into the vaporizing container (1), a water discharge valve (6) for discharging the water in the vaporizing container (1) through a water discharge tube (8), temperature detecting means (9) for detecting the temperature in the vaporizing container (1), and a controller (10) for controlling the heater (2), the water supply pump (5), the water discharge valve (6), etc., where, after the completion of vapor producing operation, residual water in the vaporizing container (1) is discharged after the temperature in the vaporizing container (1) has lowered to 60°C.
