Abstract:
The vapour extraction unit can be installed, for example, in the kitchen range of a kitchen, adjacent to the cooking area in its inoperative position; the suction device in this vapour extraction unit can be extended upwards telescopically and rotated into position above the containers of cooked products which are located in the cooking area.
