Abstract:
Provided is a variable capacitance capacitor array which has excellent capacitance
value controllability and has variable and high tunability. The variable capacitance
capacitor array is provided with a first variable capacitance capacitor (C1)
wherein capacitance varies by voltage application; a first terminal (01) connected
to one side of the first variable capacitance capacitor; a second variable capacitance
capacitor (C2) wherein capacitance varies by voltage application; a second
terminal (02) connected to one side of the second variable capacitance capacitor;
and a third terminal (I) which is connected to both the other side of the first variable
capacitance capacitor and the other side of the second variable capacitance
capacitor. The variable capacitance capacitor array selects a state by alternately
switching at least two selective states among the states, which are; a first selective
state wherein the first terminal (01) and the third terminal (I) are selected,
a second selective state wherein the second terminal (02) and the third terminal
(I) are selected, and a third selective state wherein the first selective state
and the second selective state are selected at the same time.
