Abstract:
The present invention discloses a variable capacitance type control valve with improved shut-off adhesion. According to the present invention, a protrusion for preventing shaking that enters a Ps port is formed on the outer circumferential surface of a valve body, and the surface of the valve body that linearly moves is coated with a carbon composite material. Accordingly, leakage due to shaking during operation of the valve body may be improved, and operation durability according to the sliding linear movement of the valve body may be increased, and the initial cooling efficiency of an air conditioner may be increased, for example, by more stably providing the compression efficiency of a compressor by preventing resistance due to compression of a suction pressure (Ps) in a Ps port without additional processing of the Ps port as in a prior published patent.
