The present invention relates to a variable chamber type food container sealing machine and, particularly, to a variable chamber type food container sealing machine, wherein the size of the chamber having a food container mounted therein can be easily changed such that food containers of various sizes can be sealed by using one sealing machine. The variable chamber type food container sealing machine comprises: a lower member having a chamber of which the upper side is open in the upper direction and which has a food container mounted therein; an upper member which is placed on the upper part of the lower member, and which opens and closes the upper part of the lower member; a heater which is mounted on the lower side of the upper member, and which thermally bonds, to the food container, a vinyl cover that is laid on the upper side of the food container mounted in the chamber; and a partitioning part which is mounted in the lower member to slide in a vertical direction, and which divides the chamber into a plurality of parts, wherein the partitioning part is withdrawn from the lower member by sliding in an upper direction and is rotated to divide the chamber, and the heater includes a first heater mounted along the edge of the food container and a second heater mounted along the partitioning part which is dividing the chamber.
