Provided is a variable coating jig for a stent having surface roughness, comprising: a jig shaft part; a first block part which is fixedly connected to one end of the jig shaft part; a second block part which is disposed opposite to the first block part and changes position by sliding along the outer surface of the jig shaft part; and a surface region in which surface roughness is formed on at least one of the first block part and the second block part.
