Abstract:
A variable color COB LED for spotlights, comprising a COB substrate (1) having thereon an A line, B line, and C line, wherein the A line, B line, and C line are connected in parallel, and the A line and the C line are arranged on either side of the B line. The A line, B line, and C line are individually provided with several chips. The B line is coated with a first fluorescent adhesive (9), and the A line and the C line are coated with a second fluorescent adhesive (10), the first fluorescent adhesive (9) being different from the second fluorescent adhesive (10). The method for producing the variable color COB LED for spotlights comprises solid crystal welding, sealing, baking, adding resistors, and color separation and packaging. The variable color COB LED has a color temperature variable range of 3000 K to 5000 K, is simple to produce, has good overall stability, small attenuation, and is suitable for mass production.
