Abstract:
Provided are a variable diameter control and adjustment method, a device, a controller, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: evaluating electrode tab groups of a battery cell to undergo evaluation by means of an image sensor to obtain an anode tab group width value and a cathode tab group width value; inputting the anode tab group width value and the cathode tab group width value into a preset formula and performing calculation to obtain an anode tab group width difference value, a cathode tab group width difference value, an anode tab adjustment amount, and a cathode tab adjustment amount; performing prediction on a result after adjustment of a variable diameter module according to the anode tab adjustment amount and the cathode tab adjustment amount to obtain a prediction result; and performing adjustment and control on the variable diameter module according to the prediction result, the anode tab adjustment amount, and the cathode tab adjustment amount. The variable diameter module is adjusted and controlled by means of performing prediction via data on the result after adjustment, so as to reduce the anode tab group width difference value and the cathode tab group width difference value, adjustment efficiency can be improved, and yield can be improved.
