Abstract:
A variable diameter pipe rolling machine, comprising a base (1), an electric machine (2) provided on the base (1), and a frame (3) fixedly provided on the base (1). A secondary rotating axle (4) is fixedly provided on an upper end of the frame (3). The secondary rotating axle (4) is sleevingly provided with a blocking plate (6) and a main rotating plate (7) provided from left to right in that order. A secondary frame (11) is parallel to the frame (3) and is slidingly provided on a sliding rail of the base (1). A bottom end of the secondary frame is hingedly connected to a foot pedal (112). The foot pedal (112) is a ring-shaped frame, wherein the ring-shaped frame is provided with a gap (1121). The gap (1121) is pear-shaped, wherein the diameter of an opening portion is smaller than an internal diameter thereof, and engages with a stop pin (111) provided on the base (1). A pipe guiding and diameter adjusting mechanism (8) is provided between the main rotating plate (7) and the blocking plate (6). The diameter adjusting mechanism (8) comprises a blocking plate (81), a rotating plate (82) rotatably fixed on the main rotating plate (7), and a connecting shaft (83) connecting the rotating plate (82) and the blocking plate (81). The two ends of the connecting shaft (83) are respectively fixed using a shaft pin. A guide rail (71) for limiting a displacement of the blocking plate (81) is provided on top of the main rotating plate (7). The rotating plate (82) rotates the blocking plate (81) to move away or towards a center of the main rotating plate (7) along the main rotating plate guide rail (71) and tightens the blocking plate on the main rotating plate (7) by means of a screw bolt (72). The variable diameter pipe rolling machine has a simple structure, is easy to operate, effectively reduces labor intensity of a worker, and improves production efficiency.
