Abstract:
The present invention provides a variable displacement axial axle piston pump having an easy to maintain and repair built-in adjuster. According to the present invention, the variable displacement axial axle piston pump having an easy to maintain and repair built-in adjuster has the effects of enabling convenient and easy assembly and repair, reducing the number of components by simplifying the structure of an adjuster module for adjusting the inclined angle of the cylinder housing center shaft from the drive shaft, and reducing the manufacturing cost thereof. The present invention comprises: a drive shaft connected to a drive mechanism; a retainer having the drive shaft coupled to the front surface thereof and having a hook formed on the rear surface thereof; a cylindrically shaped cylinder housing disposed apart from the rear surface of the retainer; a plurality of pistons inserted in the cylinder housing and having a leading end portion projecting to the outside of the cylinder housing contacting the hook of the retainer; a valve plate coupled to the rear surface of the cylinder housing and defining a passage; an axle block formed in a cylindrical shape in which the cylinder housing and the valve plate are inserted, and defining an inner passage; a main housing having the drive shaft and the retainer disposed therein; an end casing having the axle block disposed to be capable of turning therein, being coupled to the main housing, and having an open top surface; a cover coupled to the top surface of the end casing; and an adjuster module connected to the axle block and exposed to the outside of the end casing, and manipulated by the user to adjust the turning angle of the axle block.
