Abstract:
A variable displacement compressor, in which bypass holes (22) for communication between a work chamber (V) and a suction chamber (15) are opened or closed by forcedly vibrating a spool (23) serving as a valve disk supported by elastic members (25) with a centrifugal force which acts on a movable scroll (9) revolving as a shaft (4) rotates and serves as an exciting force in order to automatically change a discharge capacity of a compressor of, for example, a scroll type according to the number of revolutions (rotational speed) of the shaft (4) by simple means.
