A variable displacement supercharger is provided with a turbine having: a turbine housing forming a scroll flow passage disposed around a turbine impeller; a variable nozzle unit including a second nozzle ring which faces the scroll flow passage and which forms a part of the inner wall of the scroll flow passage; and an annular seal member for sealing the gap between the turbine housing and the second nozzle ring. The seal member is gripped in the gap, has a disc-spring structure which presses the turbine housing and the second nozzle ring in the rotation axis direction, and is disposed further inward than the scroll flow passage in the radial direction of the turbine impeller.
