Abstract:
This invention is provided with: an outer cylinder member (71); an inner cylinder member (76) that is accommodated within the outer cylinder member (71) so as to be able to move in the axial direction; and an urging member (79) for urging the inner cylinder member (76) toward one end. An annular wall part (74) protruding radially inward is provided to the outer cylinder member (71). The inner cylinder member (76) comprises a cylindrical part (78), a blockage member (77B), and a flange part (77A). A first fluid flow-through hole (77C) formed to have a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the cylindrical part (78) is provided to the blockage member (77B). A second fluid flow-through hole (78A) formed with a larger channel cross-sectional area than the first fluid flow-through hole (77C) is provided to the cylindrical part (78).
