Abstract:
A power transmission member for a synchronous joint member (67) is made by sintering a molded member formed by metal injection molding, the injection material thereof being a mixture of powdered metal and a binder. The side faces on both sides of the power transmission member have flow promotion recesses (101) formed thereon for promoting flowing of the mixture at the sides corresponding to the power transmission faces (SA), etc., during molding of the molded member.
