Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of vessel propeller devices and provides a variable-pitch propeller device comprising a propeller blade (1) and a connecting boss (5). A flow-guiding end base (15) is installed on an end portion of the connecting boss (5). The connecting boss (5) is internally provided with a driving block (4), corresponding to each of the propeller blades (1). An axle pin (3) is externally provided on the driving block (4). A root portion of the propeller blade (1) is provided with a rotating plate (2). The rotating plate (2) is engagingly installed on the connecting boss (5). A sliding groove (17) is provided on the rotating plate (2). The axle pin (3) is engagingly inserted into the sliding groove (17). The axle pin (3) is relatively displaced from the axial line of the rotating plate (2). A front portion of the connecting boss (5) is connected to one end of a hydraulic cylinder (6). A piston (14) of the hydraulic cylinder (6) extends from the hydraulic cylinder (6) and is connected to the driving block (4). One end of the hydraulic cylinder (6) is connected to a gear shaft (9). A rotating gear is fixedly installed on the gear shaft (9). A resetting spring (8) is provided between an internal surface of another end of the hydraulic cylinder (6) and the piston (7). A center of the piston (7) is connected to an oil supplying tube (13). The oil supplying tube (13) is connected, via a side-facing oil inlet and outlet port (18) on a piston rod (14), to a cavity of the hydraulic cylinder (6) proximal to one side of the connecting boss (5). Another end of the oil supplying tube (13) is connected to a rotating connector (12). The variable-pitch propeller device can realize forward and reverse motion in the same direction of rotation.
