Abstract:

A variable-speed fault diagnosis apparatus for a rolling bearing of a high-speed locomotive, which relates to the technical field of bearing detection. The diagnosis apparatus comprises a diagnosis box (1), a fixed box (4) arranged at the top end of the diagnosis box (1), and a detection box (13) arranged on one side of the diagnosis box (1), wherein a rotating assembly is arranged inside the diagnosis box (1); an adjustment assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the rotating assembly; a group of butt-joint assemblies are vertically arranged inside the fixed box (4), and the other group of butt-joint assemblies are transversely arranged inside the detection box (13); the adjustment assembly comprises a first hydraulic pump (14), an L-shaped plate (16), a second hydraulic pump (17) and a U-shaped plate (19); and each butt-joint assembly comprises a lifting gas cylinder (5), a telescopic column (6), a locking ring (24) and a limiting rod (27). The diagnosis apparatus can carry out fault diagnosis on different states of a rolling bearing, such that some faulty elements of the bearing are replaced according to a diagnosis result, thereby increasing the resource utilization rate.
