Abstract:
The present invention provides a varnish in which a highly heat-resistant polyarylate resin is dissolved in a non-halogenated solvent. The present invention relates to a varnish that is obtained by dissolving a polyarylate resin, which is configured from a divalent phenol component and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and is represented by formula (1), in a non-halogenated solvent.
(In the formula, l and m satisfy the relational expressions l + m = 100 (mol%) and l/m = 50/50 to 65/35 (molar ratio).)
