Abstract:
A vascular channel simulation model comprises a vascular channel model having: a vascular channel lumen that constitutes a flow channel of a liquid from the upstream side toward the downstream side, the flow channel branching into a first branch and a second branch; a liquid introduction opening that communicates with the vascular channel lumen on the upstream side of the flow channel; and first and second liquid discharge openings provided to the first and second branches, respectively, on the downstream side of the flow channel. The first branch and the second branch are such that the back pressure of the liquid flowing in the first branch and the back pressure of the liquid flowing in the second branch differ, and the first liquid discharge opening and the second liquid discharge opening are provided, respectively, with a first valve that can change the flow rate of the liquid flowing to the first branch and a second valve that can change the flow rate of the liquid flowing to the second branch.
