Abstract:
Disclosed are a vascular stent covering film for in-situ endometrium regeneration and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising: dividing silkworm silk into two groups, one group being a twisting and merging silk thread group, and the other group being a monofilament group; after degumming, dissolving the silk in a lithium bromide neutral salt solution to prepare a silk fibroin dissolving solution; then pouring the silk fibroin dissolving solution into a dialysis bag having a certain cut-off molecular weight; performing dialysis to obtain an aqueous solution of purified silkworm silk fibroin; and using a rotary evaporator to concentrate the silk fibroin to an appropriate mass fraction. Adding a cross-linking agent of a hydrophilic flexible molecule to the silk fibroin aqueous solution, uniformly mixing, and removing air bubbles to obtain a modified silk fibroin solution; and then knitting monofilaments into a tubular structure by using a knitting machine, and coating same on the silk fibroin tubular structure, each layer of coating being rotated and dried in a circumferential direction under low-temperature hot air, and the coating being controlled to be a uniform molecular layer so as to obtain a vascular stent covering film for in-situ endometrium regeneration. The coating film has excellent toughness, and can induce in-situ vascular endometrium regeneration which regulates the balance of the blood system.
