Abstract:
The invention relates to a vector control method and system based on a rotary transformer, and a motor system. The method comprises: acquiring a current inputted into a motor, and acquiring an orthogonal voltage of a rotary transformer; performing preprocessing on the current to obtain a two-phase stationary coordinate system current; obtaining a two-phase stationary coordinate system magnetic link according to the two-phase stationary coordinate system current and the orthogonal voltage based on a current mode, and converting the magnetic link to a rotor magnetic link angle trigonometric function; performing Park transformation based on the rotor magnetic link angle trigonometric function on the two-phase stationary coordinate system current, thereby obtaining an excitation current and a torque current after rotor magnetic field orientation; and outputting the excitation current and the torque current after rotor magnetic field orientation to control a motor, thereby realizing orientation control based on the rotor magnetic field. The control method, and the system and the motor system using the control method realize vector control without reverse tangential calculation or tangential calculation, an error in integral differential calculation is prevented, orientation precision is improved, and a calculation process is simplified.
