Abstract:
Provided is a vector rotation mechanism having a servo cylinder; its structure is simple, the output rotation angle reaches 360°, and it is highly mechanically efficient and highly reliable. The invention comprises two linear servo cylinders, specifically, a first linear servo cylinder (1) and a second linear servo cylinder (2); the two linear servo cylinders are arranged at a 90° angle in space; also comprised is a rotation mechanism housing (3); the rotation mechanism housing (3) is provided with an input rotation arm shaft (4) and an output rotation shaft (5); the input rotation arm shaft (4) is inserted into a radial positioning structure of the output rotation shaft (5); the output rotation shaft (5) is inserted into the bearing inner ring of the output rotation shaft hole (31) of the rotation mechanism housing (3); the distance between the central axis of the input arm shaft (4) and the output shaft (5) is r; both linear servo cylinders are arranged in the inner cavity of the housing (3) of the rotation mechanism; the two linear servo cylinders are fixedly connected by means of a first connector base (6); the output end of one of the linear servo cylinders controls the lateral movement, forming the horizontal axis of a rectangular coordinate system; the output of the other linear servo cylinder controls the longitudinal movement, forming the vertical axis of a Cartesian coordinate system.
