Abstract:
A vector sealing valve, comprising a valve body (1), a valve plate (2) and a valve shaft (3). The valve plate (2) is rotatably connected to the valve body (1) by means of the valve shaft (3) fixedly connected to the valve plate (2); half of an inner cavity of the valve body (1) in the axial direction is arranged as a hemispherical cavity, and the other half of the inner cavity is a cylindrical cavity; a vector sealing ring (4) is embedded in the cylindrical cavity; the inner surface of the vector sealing ring (4) and the hemispherical cavity form a spherical section cavity; and the outer side surface of the valve plate (2) in the radial direction is consistent with the spherical section cavity. In the valve, according to a valve body inner cavity of the spherical cavity, the valve body inner cavity is arranged in two halves by means of axial division, the vector sealing ring serves as a half of the spherical cavity, the costs are greatly reduced, and the vector sealing ring is easier to process and is also advantageous in adjusting the sealing performance between the spherical cavity and the radial surface of the valve plate. The valve only relates to the following main components: the valve body, valve shaft, valve plate and vector sealing ring, so that the valve structure is further simplified, the fabrication is simpler, and the assembly and disassembly are more convenient.
