Abstract:
An vegetarian sausage and its production process. The vegetarian sausage comprises a casing filled with sheets of bean curd or soy milk film. The production process includes the following steps: producing sheets of bean curd or soy milk film, then agglomerating them, mixing the agglomerate bean curd or soy milk film to obtain a paste, and putting the paste into sausage filler, then infusing the paste into the casing, at last curdling and sterilizing the obtained product, then cooling and packaging.
