Abstract:
A vegetable chopper comprises: a base, a slideway is provided on an end surface thereon, a tool mounting plate is vertically disposed on the end corresponding to the slideway, an incision is provided on the tool mounting plate; a hand cranking rotating socket disposed within the slideway in a slidable manner; a fixed blade, a corresponding incision thereof is fixed on the tool mounting plate; further comprises: a rotating toolholder, a corresponding incision thereof is provided on the tool mounting plate in a rotatable manner, at least two sets of toothed blades having different tooth distances are disposed along a rotation axis direction of the rotating toolholder on an outer side thereof; a rotating mechanism disposed on the base and connected to the rotating toolholder. The vegetable chopper completes the change of fancy knives by an easy rotation action, thus richening functions of the product and bringing a more convenient and safe method of using.
