The present invention relates to a vegetable cutter allowing easy assembly and disassembly and, more particularly, to a vegetable cutter allowing easy assembly and disassembly, which can not only cut various types of vegetables, but also allows for very easy assembly and disassembly, and attachment and detachment of a conveyor part, such that cleaning can be performed smoothly, and the efficiency of hygiene management can be improved by means of the easy cleaning.
