Abstract:
Disclosed is a vegetarian meat shaping machine, comprising an apparatus framework and characterized in that the framework is provided with a drive system, the drive system is connected to a screw (14), an outer cylinder (4) is arranged outside the screw (14), the outer cylinder (4) is provided with a feeding system, a heating ring (8) is arranged outside the outer cylinder (4), an end portion of the outer cylinder (4) is provided with a cooling sheath (10), the cooling sheath (10) is of a hollow structure and is connected to a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, a cooling device (11) connected to the cooling sheath (10) is arranged below the framework, the cooling device (11) comprises a plurality of hollow conical disks fixed on a support (13), an angle of the uppermost conical disk faces downward, and an angle of the bottom one faces upward, the uppermost conical disk is provided with a penetrating hole, the diameters of the conical disks gradually increase from top to bottom, a water reservoir (12) is arranged below the cooling device (11), one side of the cooling device (11) is provided with a fan, the wind direction of the fan is towards the cooling device (11), and the outer cylinders (4) are fixedly connected by a connecting disk (7), and a fixed frame (9) is arranged in the middle part. The vegetarian meat shaping machine is integrally formed, is fully automated and solves the problem of the labor cost, and the water therein is reused and re-cooled, thus saving on resources.
