This invention is used to disperse sand in front of wheels of the vehicile.lt is intended to be able to be built in any vehicile in the purpose of preventing slinding of wheels on snow covered or frozen surfaces,according to the international classification (MKP).
2.Technical problem
There has always been a problem of sliding of wheels during driving on snow covered or frozen surfaces. That problem has been solved on many 5 usually unefficient ways.One of them,and most frequently used is attaching chains on wheeis,which is very unpractical.
3.Condition of teclmic
When driving on snow covered or frozen surfaces today comes to question,putting chains on wheels is the only solution.But,putting chains did not always prove efficient,especially during driving on frozen surfaces, when even chains slidedBesides that,durring driving with chains attached there is a great risk of damaging the vehicile and wheels. A list of things that can get damaged:wheels,tires 5 drive shaft and so on. Also s durring one trip,it is necessary to take the chains of and put them back on in several occasions.
4. About the invention and the relevance of it
Picture 1 shows the cross cutt of the sand dispenser with details marked with numbers.The primary goal of this invention is ti enable safe driving on snow covered and frozen surfaces without any special effort from the driver,and to prevent traffic jams on such weather conditions. This safety is gained by installing the sand dispenser in front of the wheels like shown in picture 12.In the moment the dispenser is turned on,sand is dispersed on the road in front of wheels to enable safe moving and control of the vehicile. Continuous and dosed sand flow is menaged by turning on the dispenser by the belt (1 l),moved by the electromotor (2),sand is brought to the disc (12) which,turning,equaly disperses sand in front of wheels. This invention is easy to instal^which means that there is a posibiliry of seasonal installment or a permanent one.From the construction

6 JDetaiJed description of functioning of the invention
In this part the functioning of the invention is described more detailed and illustrated with pictures.
Description of functioning of the invention is illustrated with picture 1 which shows the cross cutt of the invention,which is constructed from the following parts: Sand canister (l),electomotor (2), ring back-up (3)-picture 8,cutted ring (4), extended shaft (5) - picture 3, reversable spring (6) - picture 4,twisting shaf (7) - picture 5,border ring (8) - picture 6,sliding nail 9 - picture 7,placement pad (10),sliding drill (11) - picture 9,disc (12) - picture 10,turn on ring (13),protecting cover (14) - picture 11.
Sand canister (1) with the volume of 4 Ut has 3 openings:entering opening(for filing the canister with sand with a hatch),exiting opening for sand and the opening for the drive mechanism.For the prevention of corosion 5 and for easier sliding of sand, canister is made out ofplastic.lt can be made in a factory,or existing canisters can be used;for this example a canister of motor oil of 4 1 volume was used. With sligh adjustements it proved usefull,and by shape is easily adjustable to this purpose.
Drive mechanism is composed of oneway current electromotor (2) drive voltage of 12 V, which with its cutted ring screws on the ring back-up (3) on the opening for the drive mechanism of the sand canister (l).On the shaft of the electromotor an extended shaft (5) is srewed on,on which is by loose sliding connection the twisting shaft attached (7).This loose connection is necessary so that the twisting shaft could/with the help of the sliding nail (9) an the cutt on the twisting shaftjrise and lower(opening and closing the opening for sand). On the lower,thiner part of the twisting shaft,in the opening for sand on the sand canister (l),a sliding drill has been screewed on, with the placement pad (10) as a borderer,and a turn on ring (13) on its end attached to the disc (12) whose function is tho open and close the hatch for sand and to equally disperse sand in front of wheels, which is supplyed by the sliding drill. On the cilindricall part of the twisting shaft (7) a leaning cutt towards up has been made (picture 5) on which the sliding nail (9) is sliding,and the height of lifting is regulated with the border ring (8) that is fixed on the twisting shaft.
Between rings of the extended shaft (5) and the twisting shaft (7) a screewable reversable spring (6) which keeps the twisting shaft in the right position(lowered or lifted) depending on if the device is turned on or off. Opening and closing of the hatch for sand is done by the following action: When the electromotor (2) is not turned on,the reversable spring (6) is streched, which means that the disc (12) is lifted,therefore closing the opening for sand- When the electromotor is turned on,the reversable spring is loosened and it pushes the twisting shaft (7) towards up,to the limit that the border ring (8) allowes,and dhe disc (12) opens the hatch/opening for sand.Sand,with its weight,falls on the sliding drill (ll),and it carries it on the disc (12), which disperses it regulary in front of wheels. The protecting cover (14) secures that the sand doesn't flow in the mechanism for lowering or lifting the disc (parts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ).
The sand dispenser on vehicile is installed in front of drive wheels like shown on picture 12.It is connected to the cars electricity supply(acumulator)-12 V,and is turned on with the electro switch placed in the vehicile,somewhere on the cockpit.
7.The way in which the invention is to be used:
This invention enables practical,permanent and usefull device that can be economicaly manufactured.lt has a lot of influence on the safety of a driving vehicile winter conditions. A handmade prototipe of this invention,in a 4 1 canister.whit a sand granule of 1-3 mm,tested on a car GOLF 3 and and a truck Mercedes 3 tons.The test proved full efficiency in safe driving on snow covered or frozen surfaces and braking in those conditions.Besides that it has shown that this device,can be installed in any vehicile in front of the wheels.lt can be used on trucks where the drive wheels are in the back.lt would also use a 4 1 canister but with additionaly installed canister which would fill the dispenser.
In picture 12 the installment of the sand dispenser is shown.To experts it will be clear that this invention can be made in different variants,depending on kind an size of the vehicile.
