Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle acceleration-suppression device capable of attenuating reduced drivability due to acceleration-suppression operations at times other than when performing parking. Parking-frame-line candidates, i.e. candidates for parking frame lines, are extracted from an overhead-view image obtained by converting, into an overhead view, a captured image of the surroundings of a vehicle (V), and parking-frame-line-candidate-corresponding lines corresponding to the parking-frame-line candidates are extracted from a captured image of the front of the vehicle (V). Parking-frame-line-candidate-corresponding lines having a length exceeding a parking-frame-line length threshold value (Lth1) are excluded from parking-frame detection candidates.
