Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vehicle air conditioner device in which an air conditioning operation can continue even when a disconnection fault occurs in an electromagnetic valve for switching the coolant flow in respective operation modes. [Solution] Electromagnetic valves 17, 20, 21, 22 for switching the respective operation modes of a vehicle air conditioner device 1 are configured so that when all of the electromagnetic valves 17, 20, 21, 22 are de-energized, the coolant flow corresponds to a cooling mode. When a disconnection fault occurs in one of the electromagnetic valves 17, 20, 21, 22, a controller enables a fault cooling mode in which all of the electromagnetic valves 17, 20, 21, 22 are de-energized and a compressor 2 is operated.
