Abstract:
A vehicle air conditioner (1) comprises the following: a device main body (2) that is disposed on an upper part of a vehicle (41) and has an outdoor apparatus chamber (3) and an indoor apparatus chamber (4); a compressor (5); a first heat exchanger (6); an outdoor fan (7); a second heat exchanger (8); an indoor fan (9); and an electrical device box (10) that houses an inverter for controlling the compressor (5). A return opening (11) that takes in in-vehicle air is provided below the indoor apparatus chamber (4). In the internal space of the indoor apparatus chamber (4) that is above the return opening (11), the electrical device box (10) is disposed on the ceiling side of the indoor apparatus chamber (4).
