The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner, and the objective of the present invention is to enable the improvement of assemblability, maintenance and repair of a photocatalyst module through the improvement of an intake case structure, and to enable the alleviation of an air vortex at an air suction port side, generated during air suctioning of a blower, and rumbling noise caused by the air vortex. In order to accomplish the objective, the vehicle air conditioner of the present invention comprises: an intake part, which suctions internal and external air so as to blow same into the interior space of a vehicle; and the photocatalyst module, which releases superoxide radicals into the air blown from the intake part to the interior space of the vehicle, so as to purify the air, wherein the photocatalyst module is provided on the outer surface portion of the downstream side of a blower casing of the intake part, and an interference-avoiding groove part for avoiding interference with the photocatalyst module is formed at an intake case outer surface portion corresponding to the surrounding circumference of the photocatalyst module provided in the blower casing.
