Abstract:

The present invention relates to a vehicle aluminum wheel and a method for manufacturing a vehicle aluminum wheel, the vehicle aluminum wheel including: a wheel part made of an aluminum material; a hollow tube part embedded in the wheel part; and a resonance hole portion formed in the wheel part and the hollow tube part to allow fluid to flow in and out, wherein the wheel part and the hollow tube part are formed by an insert injection casting process of different materials, thereby improving productivity and reducing road noise.
