Abstract:
A vehicle antenna device is configured to improve a receiving performance of a loop antenna attached onto a vehicle windshield for receiving of terrestrial digital broadcasting. The vehicle antenna device is provided with at least one loop antenna having a directionality in a direction in parallel with front and rear directions of the vehicle, and at least two loop antennas having a directionality in a direction deviating from the direction in parallel with the front and rear directions of the vehicle, wherein these loop antennas are all set in the vicinity of a conductor composing the vehicle. The loop antenna having the directionality in the direction in parallel with the front and rear directions of the vehicle is set in the vicinity of right and left upper portions of the windshield when viewed from the inside of the vehicle and at least the two loop antennas having the directionality in the direction deviating from the direction in parallel with the front and rear directions of the vehicle are set adjacent to this loop antenna.
