Abstract:
Disclosed is an antenna that is provided with a hot-side element and an earth-side element and is installed in window glass of a vehicle. The hot-side element is connected to a hot-side power feed point and includes a filament extending in a direction away from a body flange. The earth-side element includes: an earth-side first element extending clockwise from an earth-side power feed point provided in the vicinity of the hot-side power feed point; and an earth-side second element extending counterclockwise from the earth-side power feed point. Because of the high frequency conduction through the tip ends of the earth-side first element and the earth-side second element, a loop filament having an opening is formed in such a way that the earth-side element surrounds the hot-side element.
