A vehicle armrest punching device with a hot cutter comprises a machine frame (1), support feet (2), a platform panel (3), a punching support (4), a punching mechanism (5), a punching cylinder (6), a safety light curtain (7), a die mechanism (8), a safety lock mechanism (9), a waste materials box (10), a material guiding slot (11), and an electronic control box (12). The die mechanism (8) is mounted on the platform panel (3). The punching support (4) is mounted on one side of an upper end of the frame (1). The safety light curtain (7) is connected to two ends of the punching support (4). The punching mechanism (5) is mounted on the punching support (4). The punching cylinder (6) is connected to an upper end of the punching mechanism (5). The safety lock mechanism (9) located on one side of the punching cylinder (6) is mounted on an upper end of the punching support (4). The die mechanism (8) is correspondingly mounted at a lower end of the punching mechanism (5). The material guiding slot (11) located at a lower end of the die mechanism (8) is mounted at a lower end of the platform panel (3). The waste materials box (10) located at a lower end of the material guiding slot (11) is mounted in the middle of the frame (1). The electronic control box (12) is mounted in the frame (1) and on a front side of the waste materials box (10). The vehicle armrest punching device with a hot cutter is simple in design, easy to use, and improves product quality and machining efficiency.
