Abstract:
A vehicle body provided with upward and downward opening back doors is used in common as a vehicle body provided with biparting back doors, in such a way that an increase is made in the support stiffness of left and right related members associated with the closing of the biparting back doors to be installed on a frame member forming a back door aperture of the vehicle body provided with the upward and downward opening back doors, and that an installation space for mounting the left and right related members are easily secured. The left and right related members (144L, 144R) associated with the closing of the biparting back doors (116, 117) are mounted, by means of an additional bracket (50), on the frame member (19) forming the back door aperture (14) of the vehicle body (12) provided with the upward and downward opening back doors (16, 17).
