Abstract:
An open-topped baggage storage portion (30) is formed in a vehicle body floor portion (10). A lid (50) is swingably mounted to an upper portion of the baggage storage portion (30). The baggage storage portion (30) can be covered from above with the lid (50). On the basis of the condition where the baggage storage portion (30) is covered with the lid (50), a strap (81) serving as a grip when swinging the lid (50) is mounted to a lower surface portion (50d) of the end of the lid (50) away from a swing shaft (45c). A recess (25b) bulging downward more deeply than the thickness of the strap (81) is formed in the portion of the baggage storage portion (30) below the strap (81).
